Hailing from the vibrant music scene of Oporto, Portugal, after their first years of band in London, Madmess are willing to spare the tongue while inviting us to their instrumental spacecraft, one that, along different speed limits, rambles through zeppelin- shaped constellations or black holes worthy of Sabbath. this is madmess.
Formed in 2017, Madmess quickly gained recognition in the European music circuit. Their unique fusion of heavy rock with psychedelic elements has captivated audiences across the continent. The band’s commitment to pushing musical boundaries has solidified their reputation as a force to be reckoned with.
But what can we say about those who keep it quiet?
That they can either teach at the 70’s university of riffage or be expelled for not strictly following the genre rules? Results may vary. Influences of a speechless rock that comes to bear in their debut album as a namesake masterpiece. Released by hassle records that already gave us a self-titled leviathan in 2019, Rebirth magnifies the riffage, giving depth to a sound that is conquering europe step by step. And indeed: „Rebirth“ is a record that may never die, made by rockers who are fortunate to live.
